Q1. What is ExamSupport ?
A. We provide high quality video lessons, exam questions and notes for Leaving and Junior Certificate students and teachers.
ExamSupport currently has 405 Study Packs online prepared by highly experienced teachers. We add new Study Packs throughout the year.

Q2. What Leaving and Junior Cert subjects does ExamSupport cover ?

Q3. How often do you add new Study Packs to ExamSupport ?
A. Each year we add about 35 new Study Packs, amounting to about 35 hours of new material. We also make modifications to existing Study Packs as required.
Finally, as the course changes we take some Study Packs away permanently.
Q4. How can I get into ExamSupport Study Packs?
A. You will need to purchase an 'ExamSupport Plan', these plans range in duration from 1 week to 1 year. Each plan gives access to all available Leaving and Junior Cert Study Packs.

Q5. Does ExamSupport provide the same study service as eircom StudyHub ?
A. Yes, ExamSupport.ie and eircom StudyHub.ie Study Packs are exactly the same.
ExamSupport provide its Study Packs to eircom broadband customers under agreement
with eircom. We also provide these Study Packs to non-eircom customers through
Playing Video Lessons and Browser Choice
Q6. Which web browser should I use with ExamSupport?
A. When using ExamSupport we strongly recommend
you use the 'Google Chrome' browser, if you are using a standard PC. Google Chrome has a video player pre-installed.
Q7. The video lesson won't play, what should I do?
A. Your browser may need a video player installed. We recommend you use Google Chrome, which comes with a video player pre-installed (see above).
If you are using Internet Explorer and don't want to switch to Chrome, see the below question for instructions on getting the latest Adobe Flash player.
Q8. I'm using Microsoft Internet Explorer and cannot play videos, what should I do?
A. Problems can occur with Internet Explorer as it requires a video player such as 'Adobe Flash' to be installed separately.

Q9. When I try to register I’m told my email address 'is already in use', why is this?
A. You may have already registered with ExamSupport using the same email address. If so, you should ‘Login’ using your email and password.
If you do not know your password, use the ‘Forgot your Password
’ link to retrieve your password.
Q10. I have forgotten my Password, can you assist?
A. Go to the login page, and click ‘Forgot your Password
’ link below Login to retrieve your Password.
